Nemesysco’s new Personality analysis, offers a new and in depth description of the human mind and dissects it to 4 different styles:

The ENLO Personality Style (Energetic Logical): Direct, decisive and dominant. Prefer to lead than follow, normally seeking leadership and management positions. High self-confidence with little to no fear of consequences. Energetic, mission focused, and are mostly logical driven. Risk takers. Will fight for his beliefs and argue when he doesn't agree.

The ENEM Personality Style (Energetic Emotional) likes to be the center of attention. Enthusiastic, optimistic, are passionate to people, impulsive and emotional. Tends to trust others, and likes company. Functions best in teams. Naturally creative, solving problems and can think outside of the box. Encourages and motivators. Prefers to avoid and negotiate conflicts. They are however sometimes reckless, over optimistic, day dreaming, and are sometimes emotionally unusable.

The STEM Personality Type (Stressed/Emotional) is known for being: Steady, stable, and predictable. Friendly, sympathetic to others, generous with the ones they like and trust. Understanding and listens well. Preferring close, personal relationships, but sometimes possessive and tries to hold them close. Suspicious with strangers and are easily made to feel uncomfortable.

Strives for consensus and will try to resolve conflicts as they arise. Compliant towards authority. Their high stress levels call for very careful behavior, they are not taking unneeded risks, and will avoid fighting as much as possible, even by giving up more than is needed or deserved.

The STLO Styles (Stressed/Logical) are: Accurate, detail-oriented, and intensive thinkers. Very analytical and systematic. Make careful and well minded decisions, following intensive research and after considering all options. Will make decisions only when they really must. Because they focus on the details and see what many other styles do not, they tend to be good problem solvers and very creative people, but will not tend to take risks unless they are well calculated. When something is proposed, it is the STLO who will think through every detail of how it works and of the process. They will make realistic estimates and will voice the problems that they see with the plan or already existing system. Excellent in research, analysis or test information. Their careful attitude and intensive and complicated thinking processes around many issues, makes it harder for them to lead and swift others with their passion.
